Braille Books are available through the Library of Congress Braille Books program at the Maryland State Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped. Fill out the application form to register.
Duxbury Translation Software, which translates print to braille, is available at the Rockville Memorial Library's Computer Lab. Email the Disability Resource Center to schedule an appointment.
Closed Circuit TV, which enlarges the size of printed text, is available on the second floor of the Rockville Memorial Library.
Close Vision Interpreting and Tactile Interpreters are available for any library-sponsored programs. Use this form to request an interpreter preferably at least 3 workdays in advance.
Large Print Books from the library collection can be placed on hold in MCPL's online catalog and sent to any library branch for you.
Magnifiers for use in the libraries may be requested at the Information Desks.
