A Book
What makes a book?
Is it the name of the author,
the really cool drawings (maybe foreign),
the drama, romance, or maybe science fiction,
the fantasy, the history, adventure,
real-life, violence, or just plain facts?
Well, however to make a book, in my opinion, you will need inpiration.
Why Long?
I've been on this site many times but I see the same thing, Long Poems!
Write stort like me, you can write a poem 3 times as fast! You can write more poems for all I care. Writing long doesn't make any difference. Write too long might take forever to read! So write short, it's the new fad. :)

always and again
let the music drown out the words,
let my smile cover up the damage.
you hurt me once and then again,
i don't need this from you,
especially not now when i need you the most.
i've convinced not only myself
but everyone else that i'm fine;
that has never been the case
except for that short time i was with him.
but the time i spend with him now
is no longer; he left me.
he left to find the person he was meant to be
with someone other than me.
just when i thought i had gotten over it,
everything i had with him,
he decided he was wrong
and i let him back in my life.
this time was different though;
i told him the truth,
everything inside of me finally came out.
but through my tears and his words,
he left me again but this time without reason.
i'm hurt now more than i ever have
and things feel worse than before,
all that i have left of him now
is the pain and precious memories.

Invisible Paths
Invisible Paths
Invisible Paths
I follow the path
I know my descendants will tread.
I predict the weather patterns
During the next hurricane.
I walk between the arches
Made by trees that have bent for the winds
Over the course of time.
I follow the colors of the rainbow
Before a spring shower.
I inhale the rustling air
Of late August, from my memory.
I hear the howling
From the hearts of the hungry,
The betrayed, the damned,
The dead.
I follow the tracks
Of the animals I cannot hear.
I search for the light
Of the eclipse of the moon.
I smell the sweet scent
Of last year’s flowers.
But I cannot.
I pretend I can hear,
Or see, or smell.
I pretend I know.
I pretend I feel.
But I do not.
I cannot.

My Life
I love my Family. They are the best. Sure sometimes they get on my nerves but I still love them. My dad is the most loving person I know: he cares for everyone, he does what people ask of him and asks for nothing in return. My dad encourages me to do whatever I want to do with my life (he does straighten me out if I need to be).
No one lives with their parents forever. I've read so many books; many authors' names I cannot remember. Some of my all-time favorite authors are Julia London, Mary Balogh, Emily Franklin, Jacquie D'Alessandro, Stephenie Meyer and so many more. All those books I've read have taught me so many things that I'll never forget; they inspired me to do what I want with my life, be what I can without thinking about what others are gonna say.
I just want to say thanks, for everything.
Thanks to my family, especially my Dad, and thanks to all the authors whose books I've read. You guys have inspired me so much and for that, you have my thanks.
